The Bashatvita Jibonalay is located in the heart of Dhaka City at Bashundhara and very closed to Dhaka Airport, Kuril Flyover, Gulshan & Baridhara Diplomatic Zone and besides 300 feet Dhaka-Purbachal highway. The project building is of 10 storied with two apartments in each floor, facing the both apartment at road side.

For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.

BASHATVITA BLUE RIBBON AT BASHUNDHARA- A 7 STORIED BUILDING

Bashatvita Real Estate Limited constructed this residential and commercial building in Bashundhara R/A. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our client was interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. The project was completed earlier than the anticipated completion date and under budget.
